Lowcountry Tile Contractors, based in Charleston, South Carolina, was founded in 1997 by Jeff Singletary, a third generation tile contractor. Our success can be attributed not only to our craftsmanship but to the commercial and residential real estate boom that the Charleston market has since over the past few years.

Our office is located at 1991 Dulsey Road off of Orleans Road in West Ashley. We have a team of about twenty employees, which includes tile mechanics, apprentices, and office staff. Some of our employees have been in the business for more than 40 years - a level of expertise that few companies can offer.

On average we completed close to 150 projects on an annual basis. We have worked on projects in a variety of industries and locations. Some of which include:

• Churches and synagogues
• Hotels
• Corporate offices
• Car dealerships
• Restaurants and bars
• Retail stores

We also work on high-end residential projects in areas like historic downtown Charleston and Kiawah Island.

We work closely with several area tile retailers, including Melcer Tile and Palmetto Tile on installation packages. Our packages include an exquisite range of designs. All the sizes, shapes, colors and accent pieces you'll need to produce amazing installations. Our projects bring excellence and functionality together - creating tile or natural stone masterpieces.
