Do I select my material through Lowcountry Tile Contractors or another company?
You would select your material from our samples. We have a showroom where you can see a wide variety of samples in person.

How do you determine the cost of a project?
Price is based on several factors. Typically, a project estimate is based on blueprints and scaled drawings of the project area, materials selected and the complexity of the project. Final pricing is based on actual material and specific details, as agreed upon between LTC and the client, associated with the project.

What is your turnaround time?
Each project is different and target completion date is based on the details of the job. Fabrication work usually takes 2-3 weeks to complete, after actual measurements of the project area have been finalized.

What do you accept as forms of payment?
We accept cash or check for residential projects. We require a percentage of material cost as a deposit and the remainder is due upon completion of the project. Final payment is due within 15 days of completion. Commercial accounts are invoiced on terms (typically due upon receipt).

How long are your estimates valid?
Our quotations are valid for 30 days.
